This is a mid-century French powder compact likely purchased as a souvenir and features a wonderful color illustration of Lourdes in the Grotto. The top part is metal and the base appears to be bakelite or a similar resin form. The powder is long used, but the piece is sweet and vintage makeup collectors would likely find this piece very unique.
